Dr. DANA STEARNS, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and Surgery at Harvard Medical School (HMS).  He has been the Director of Anatomy Education, Pathways Curriculum at HMS since 2017, the Associate Director of the Clerkship in Surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital since 2014, Senior Advisor, William Bosworth Castle Academic Society HMS since 2001, Scholar and Founding Member of the Academy at HMS and an Associate Physician, Department of Emergency Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital since 1993.  His research interest is in undergraduate/post graduate medical education with a focus on vertical integration of anatomy into clinical medicine. The smartest choice he has made is to marry his Bride of 24 years. Â The most exciting actions were to deliver his three children. Â He is an avid rower and road cyclist. Â He has a passion for coffee and maple syrup, gold finches and roses.
